Before you begin

Custom jewelry requests are currently available only to customers who have completed at least 3 successful orders with Russet. This requirement helps us prioritize existing customers and maintain the quality of our custom jewelry service.

Important information

• We currently offer custom pieces in Silver, Stainless Steel and Brass only.
• Full advance payment is required after the quotation is accepted and before production begins.
• Our production capacity is limited. Some requests may be placed on a waiting list.
• Estimated production and delivery time is approximately 3 months / 90 days from order confirmation.
• This lead time allows us to develop the design, create samples where required, fix issues, and ensure the final piece matches the agreed specifications.
• If unexpected delays occur, our team will inform the customer and apologize for the inconvenience.
• Custom-made pieces are personalized and therefore non-refundable once production has started or the order has been confirmed.

How it works

1. Submit Your Design
   Share your design, requirements, preferred metal, dimensions, and other details.

2. Design Review
   Our team reviews the request and confirms whether it can be produced.

3. Quotation & Approval
   We provide a quotation and discuss the final specifications.

4. Production & Delivery
   After full advance payment, production begins. Estimated delivery is approximately 90 days.

Form setup note: the final request form must be connected to an upload-capable Shopify form solution before publication so design files, required confirmations, email notifications, and saved submissions work properly.
